A genetic condition in which chromosomal material is absent from chromosome 15 is known as Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). Prader-Willi syndrome is a genetic disorder and its complex features are learning difficulties, development delay, obesity, short stature, incomplete sexual growth, behavioral problems, small feet and hands and unique facial characteristics. The classic characteristic of PWS is uncontrollable appetite.
