I have been unsighted since eye cancer carried my vision when I was 2 yrs old. When I was 9 yrs old, I meant to devise the world’s first car for the unsighted ones. (I have not completed that dream yet, but I have not buried it.)
I have ever thought that a visually impaired person can operate anything as well as a person with sight since his mind is as beneficial as anyone else’s. But that opinion is not held by numerous in the Arab world, admitting the blind themselves. I graduated from high school at the top of my class in 1992 but was refused entrance into university because of my impairment. This led me to go overseas for six yrs to study.
